I am new to makeup and heard great things about this brand. Looking for makeup that will stay in place for my sisters wedding. Tried out this eye liner and it just breaks off in chunks with every use. Really unfortunate as I was looking forward to trying this brand.
This is a soft eyeliner but it’s not waterproof and doesn’t stay in the water or tight line at all. If you use it as a lid liner and smudge it and set with eyeshadow then it’s ok but honestly not worth it money wise.
